1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Woofur app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain the security of your account login credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process is inaccurate or incomplete.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
3.1 Making a Booking
You may use the App to book services offered by partnered facilities. All bookings are subject to availability, and you agree to follow the booking process described in the App.
3.2 Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel a booking, the amount will be refunded to your Woofur account in the form of credits. These credits can be used for future bookings. Please note that if you cancel within a 24-hour window before the scheduled booking, no credits will be refunded.
4. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the App.
5. User-Generated Content
You are responsible for any content you submit to the App, including messages or suggestions for facilities. By submitting content, you agree that you will not post or transmit:
- Any content that is defamatory, offensive, or violates the rights of any third party.
- Any content that violates any law or regulation.
We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe violates these Terms.
6. Suggestions for New Facilities
We value your input and suggestions. You may suggest new facilities using the form available here. We reserve the right to review and evaluate each suggestion, but we do not guarantee that any suggestion will be implemented.
7. Termination of Account
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
If you choose to delete your account, you can do so within the App by reaching out to admin@woofurpets.com. Once your account is deleted, your data will be removed from our system, though some information may be retained as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice through the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
